Alexa Kaye
Alexa Kaye is a seasoned nonprofit fundraiser with over a decade of experience in major gifts, donor engagement, and strategic development. She currently serves as Senior Director of Development at Children’s National Hospital Foundation and has previously held development roles at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, the National Museum of Women in the Arts, the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum, and Washington Project for the Arts.
Alexa has always been passionate about the arts, having spent her childhood taking classes at the Maryland College of Art and Design and interned at the National Gallery of Art. She studied art history and psychology at Tufts University and Arts Administration at NYU before turning her passion into a rewarding career. While she’s exploring a new area of fundraising professionally at Children’s, she remains a dedicated, lifelong “art person.” Alexa lives in Maryland with her husband and two children.
