Speaker Series

Hamiltonian Artists is starting its Artist Speaker Series, a succession of lectures given by established artists and art professionals to aid in the artistic and entrepreneurial development of our So-Hamiltonian Fellows and other emerging artists. We plan to host these seminars every other Tuesday starting at 6:30pm. Due to construction of the Hamiltonian Gallery, other galleries and art institutions have graciously let Hamiltonian Artists borrow their spaces for the series. Below is the schedule for the first couple of lectures:

July 15th, 6:30pm:
Prolific photographer and professor at Georgeotwn University, Bruce McKaig, contributes his experience of working in the art world with his talk "The Business of Art." Our neighbor, Smith Farm Healing Arts Center, located at 1632 U Street, NW, Washington, DC, will lend their beautiful gallery to us for this lecture.
